We always ship all orders placed directly with us as a parcel. Keys (including reorders) are also always sealed and shipped by registered mail.

We always recommend having your order shipped to a PostNL delivery point. This way, you're more assured of a safe and speedy arrival of your order.

It's also better to have your reordered keys shipped to an address other than the one the keys are currently intended for. A PostNL collection point is a good option. You can select this option during checkout.
