RMA and returns

At MC-Cilinder, we make service easy. Whether it's the wrong size, a defect, or a return, we'll help you quickly and personally. You can reach us by email or WhatsApp.

WhatsApp: send your order number and your question to our WhatsApp number 0252-823001.

Conversion – ordered the wrong size?

Did you order the wrong size cylinder or do you want to adjust the size? No problem.

Send us an email or WhatsApp with:

  • Uw order number
  • The current cylinder size
  • The desired new size

You will receive a confirmation from us conversion number (RMA number) and the shipping information.
You send the cylinder to us, we adjust it and then send it to you free back to you again.

Please note: Do not include your address in the package. We will identify your order by the conversion number.

Defect or problem

Having trouble with a cylinder or key? Contact us by email or WhatsApp and send us:

  • Uw order number
  • A brief description of the problem
  • Preferably a short video or photo

We'll contact you and send you the correct instructions immediately. Sometimes a small part can be sent; otherwise, you'll receive an RMA number for return shipping.

Please mention it RMA number clearly marked on the package and do not add any address information.

Cleaning cylinders

You can clean your cylinder yourself with our video tutorialWould you rather have us do it for you? Then please request a quote first. RMA number .

Cost:

  • Cleaning & lubrication: €15 per cylinder
  • Registered return: € 6, -

Temporary service cylinder

Don't have a spare cylinder? We can provide a temporary one service cylinder Delivery. You pay a deposit for this. After receiving your own cylinder, please return the service cylinder with your reference number.
You will then receive your deposit (minus shipping costs) back.

Returns

Want to return a product? First, contact us by email or WhatsApp and include your order number.
You will then receive a RMA or return number and the shipping instructions.

Note:

  • Custom-made cylinders cannot be returned
  • Duplicate keys cannot be taken back
  • Returns must be sent in the original packaging

The consumer bears the risk of returning the item. We therefore recommend always sending it by registered mail and keeping the shipping receipt.
