Ordering and delivery time
At MC-Cilinder we do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly, safely and carefully as possible.
We ship from our warehouses in Lunteren en Didam and deliver daily to customers in the Netherlands and abroad.
We ship daily to France, Spain, Portugal and Italy.
Orders to these countries are shipped the same business day and usually have a delivery time of 2 to a maximum of 4 working days.
Delivery time Netherlands
If you order on a working day before 23:59, then in most cases your order will be shipped the same day.
For the Netherlands, the delivery time is usually 1 Business Days (sometimes Saturday).
Orders placed after 23:59 PM will be shipped the next business day.
You will always receive a track & trace as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Evening and urgent deliveries
For selected M&C products (including Color Plus, Matrix, Condor and Move) is a evening delivery possible for orders between 23:59 and 23:59
(temporarily not possible due to DHL stoppage). Delivery will then take place on the next working day between 18:00 and 23:00.
Do you have a urgent order (for example, after a break-in or a defective lock)? Then please contact us.
In many cases we can same-day delivery between 18:00 and 22:00 organize.
Delivery & carriers
- PostNL – Monday to Friday 09:00–21:00, Saturday until 23:59
- DHL – Monday to Friday 09:00–21:00, Saturday until 23:59
- DHL4You – evening delivery between 5pm and 10pm
If a package cannot be delivered, it will be offered again the next working day or delivered to a collection point.
You will automatically receive a message about this.
Shipped safely
All orders — including key reorders — are shipped as registered parcel and in a sealed bag sent.
This way you are assured of a safe delivery.
Business orders
Business orders will be shipped when there is sufficient stock. 1 to 2 working days delivered.
If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you immediately.
Subsequent deliveries will of course be made free sent.
Locking plans & customization
Locking plans and customization are made within 10 to 15 working days delivered.
Do you have an urgent project? Please contact us—in many cases, we can deliver faster.
Shipping
At MC-Cylinder it is every order shipped free of charge, in the Netherlands and abroad.
If a delivery is unexpectedly delayed, we will always inform you in a timely manner.
