1. How can I order additional keys without a certificate?
If you no longer have the card, we can read the key. To do this, please send a clear photo of the key and a copy of your ID to [email protected]Based on this, we can, in most cases, create a new pass for you and supply the required keys.
2. What are the costs for a replacement certificate?
The standard costs for reading the code and creating a new card are € 20, -We have a special offer: if you order 2 additional keys right away, the pass will only cost €10. If you order 3 or more keys, you'll even receive the new pass. completely free.
3. Is my home still safe if I lose my certificate?
Yes, your home remains just as physically secure. The certificate is only needed to have additional keys made. As long as your physical keys haven't been stolen, no one can simply make a copy. The certificate is purely your administrative proof to verify the owner of the key code.
