Why do I need a pass or certificate?
M&C-cylinders are patented and copy-protected. Therefore, duplicate keys can normally only be made with your original ones. security pass (security card) or certificate of ownershipThis way, we are certain that the request comes from the rightful owner and your locking system remains secure — no one else can simply have duplicate keys made for your lock.
Have you lost your pass or certificate? In many cases, we can still help: based on photos of your key, we will create a new certificate, along with the keys you need.
Here's how it works — in 4 steps

- We are evaluating your key. We can often duplicate it immediately; sometimes we ask you to send the key to us first.
- You will receive a quote with a new certificate/card included. You easily accept and pay for this online, and provide your delivery address.
